Got a 2006 CBR1000RR in the shop that cranks fine but doesn't really fire. The fuel pump primes when the kill switch is flipped, and there's pressure at the rail, but injectors don't seem to be spraying. Bike ran perfectly until it was shut off with the kill switch during a long idle. After that, it doesn't start anymore. So upon testing, the kill switch and sensors seem to be okay. Is this an ECU issue? Anyone seen this behavior before?

With everything described, I'm thinking the ecm may not ground the injectors properly. Get a nod light and check the injector pulse and start from there.

check for RPM signal while cranking, no signal means no injector firing and then you're looking at a bad crank sensor or wiring

I would also suspect that the injectors are not getting the signal. Have you tried @Onehandedrider and @Hobs0n's suggestions? You can check the power at the injectors with a test light or multimeter when cranking. Also double-check the lean angle sensor, even if it seems okay. Sometimes they can be finicky after a sudden shutdown. It's less likely an ECU given it was running perfectly, but certainly not impossible if everything else proves good.
