2003 CBR1000RR switch block on 2006 600RR?

Welp... I grabbed a right-hand switch block from a 2003 CBR1000RR by mistake and was wondering if it'll work on an 2006 600RR. It fits perfectly, but I noticed it doesn't have the passing light trigger. Everything else looks identical though. Does anyone know if it'll cause issues? TIA.

Yep, if the plugs fit and the wires line up, it should work. Just so you know, you'll kiss that passing light goodbye unless you rewire it yourself

It will fit perfectly, but you won't get full functionality. Don't get me wrong, but why not get the right switch or replace the one you have? It's not like it will cause catastrophic damage or something, but you're loosing the trigger.

From what I know, the 1000RR switch should work okay on the 600RR for both the parts and wiring. The only downside is missing the passing light button like what @moddedfireblade1022 said. If you don't use that much, it should be fine. Just wondering, do the plug pins and wire colors match exactly?
