Side fairing disaster

I ride a 2013 Repsol, and during an oil change, I forgot to clip the right side fairing to the bottom part. When I got on the highway, it came off and got badly damaged, what's crazy for me now is that new OEM kits are super pricey, so does anyone know where I can find just that piece in Austin?

You might want to check with local shops, but from what I know, iFairings offer full kits and sometimes individual pieces at a better price than OEM. Have you tried calling any salvage yards around Austin? They sometimes get lucky with fairing parts.

Yeah, salvage yards are on my list, but why is a single piece of plastic priced like a premium upgrade? Shouldn't fairings be affordable when they're literally designed to break or pop off?
