Engine light flashing after exhaust swap

Hey all, after replacing my exhaust, my engine management light started flashing, 5 long, 4 short. Bike runs fine, so maybe it's just coincidence? Anyone know what that code means or recommend a good Honda fault code reader

Those flashes often are DTC 54 code in honda blink codes. It means that you have some issue with the tilt sensor or bank angle sensor. Double check the angle sensor, it has to be correctly mounted and plugged in or try to reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then reconnect it again. If the flashing is happening again then i would suggest the OBD adapter for honda either with 4 pin or 6 pin diagnostic ports. i would probably choose OBD Link LX or Veepeak with adapter.
